Hands down best Jalapeño Cheeseball! Greek yogurt, gouda, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar all mixed together with some fresh spices, jalapeño, and lime to make a delightful dairy rich masterpiece. Serve with your favorite bread, crackers, and vegetables to enjoy it's savory goodness.


1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 c plain Greek yogurt

2 jalepenos, seeded and diced

2 fresno peppers, seeded and diced

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. Ancho chile powder

1-2 dashes Cholula

1 tsp. lime juice

1/2 tsp. fresh dill

1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 c aged Gouda cheese, finely shredded


In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, jalapeños, Fresno peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, ancho chile, cholula, lime juice and dill. Mix in cheddar and gouda cheese until well combined.

Lay out a long piece of plastic wrap and scoop cheese mixture into the center. Fold ends of plastic wrap together and shape cheese into a ball. Chill for at least one hour, or overnight, before serving. Serve with crackers.
