Your choice of fish, seasoned, and grilled to perfection and topped with a tangy Lemon Caper Sauce couldn't get any better. This quick and easy recipe is delicious and perfect for a spring or summer evening. Serve with a cold glass of milk!
Yields: 6 Servings
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 pounds fish fillets, cut in 6 servings*
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package chicken gravy mix
1/4 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
2 tablespoons small capers, drained and rinsed
Fresh snipped parsley, optional garnish
Lightly brush fish with melted butter, salt and pepper to taste. Grill until fish flakes easily** (approximately 10-15 minutes).
Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Stir lemon juice into thickened gravy. Add capers. Spoon lemon sauce over cooked fish. Serve over a bed of rice and steamed vegetables; garnish with snipped parsley.
