Creamy Artichoke Dip

An easy go to recipe for your next party. Served warm, this creamy artichoke dip has all the creamy inside and the brown crispy bite on top. This creamy artichoke dip is a perfect appetizer or side for your New Years party. Not only is it quick and easy, its one your guests will enjoy!


1 can marinated artichokes (drained and chopped)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cream cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese

2 cans chopped green chilies (drained)


Combine all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or in crockpot on low. This dip is great served with baguettes and tortilla chips.

This dip can be made low fat with fat-free mayonnaise and reduced fat cream cheese.
