This contest is open to those who

  1. Upload a milk mustache picture using the hashtag #mustacheforjazz
  2. Tag @dairyutnv
  3. Follow the Dairy Council of UT/NV on Instagram or Facebook.

By entering this contest you agree to accept the decisions of the Dairy Council of UT/NV.

Contest Period: Milk mustache photo entries will be accepted via Instagram and Facebook starting February 6, 2016 at 8:00am and ending February 15th at 11:59pm. All photo entries must be uploaded to Instagram or Facebook before February 15th at 11:59p.m.

Contest Entry: The contestant entering the contest must upload a milk mustache photo using his or her own Instagram or Facebook account, use the hashtag #mustacheforjazz, tag @dairyutnv, and follow the Dairy Council of UT/NV on Instagram or Facebook. Accounts set to private on Instagram will not be entered because the Dairy Council of UT/NV will not be able to view the uploaded photo. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements as specified to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Dairy Council of UT/NV. You may only enter once. You may not enter multiple times by using multiple addresses, identities, or devices. If you do so you may be removed from eligibility at the discretion of the Dairy Council of UT/NV

Prizes: There will be three winners selected for the best milk mustache photo. Each winner will receive two Jazz tickets, which includes dinner, and one parking pass for the Jazz game held on Thursday the February 25, 2016. Winners will also receive a milk mustache champion shirt along with other gear. Actual/appraisal value may differ at the time of the prize award. The Dairy Council of UT/NV shall determine the specifics of the prize and any other substitutions. Any prize related expenses are to be the sole responsibility of the winner. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received and the creativity of the milk mustache photo.

Winner Selection and Notification: The contest winners will be selected by staff members of the Dairy Council of UT/NV and announced on the Dairy Council of UT/NV’s Instagram and Facebook pages at 5:00pm on February 16th. It is the winner’s responsibility to contact the Dairy Council of UT/NV within 3 days of the announcement to provide information on where to send the prize. If the winner fails to contact the Dairy Council of UT/NV to claim their prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering this contest you understand and agree that the Dairy Council of UT/NV shall have the right to where permitted by law print, broadcast, and post your photo in any media without limitation.

The Dairy Council of UT/NV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, fraud, or any other cause corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. If this were to occur, The Dairy Council of UT/NV may select the winners from eligible entries received. The Dairy Council of UT/NV has the right to void an entry for any reason.
