There are many flavor options and they are so versatile. Use one of our hand crafted recipes or create your own with a smoothie bar.

 

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

img_3382-1Rich in antioxidants, calcium, and protein this smoothie has all the fabulous flavor of a blueberry muffin! In a blender combine 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup ice, and 1/4 cup granola. Enjoy!

 

Golden Strawberry Smoothie

Kiwi Twist

Green SmoothieAnother version of our famous Shamrock Twist Smoothie this green smoothie is not only full of veggies and fruit, but packed with a kick. Blend together 2/3 cup milk, 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 small banana , 1 kiwi, and 1/2 cup spinach. Yummy!

 

Powerful Peach Mango Smoothie

Plus there is a hidden vegetable for extra Vitamin A (shhh don’t tell… carrots!!!) To create this masterpiece blend together 1 peach, 1 mango, 2 large carrots (peeled and chopped), 1/2 cup milk, and 1 tbsp lime juice.
