The Face Behind “Utah Milk”
Casey Andersen grew up on a 100-cow dairy farm in Wellsville, UT – the entrance to Utah’s beautiful Cache Valley.
“In fact, my dad and brother are still farming today. They ship to Gossners. My brother staying on the farm puts him as a 5th or 6th generation Dairyman. My ancestors had one of the first registered Jersey herds in Utah.”

Having grown up on the farm, Casey left to attend Utah State University, and, in 2008, armed with an Agriculture Communications degree, set off to Delta, UT where he serves as the General Manager for Utah Farms, a company designed for the packaging and retail sales of “Utah Farms” Milk. Casey is passionate about dairy farming and believes in the power of local foods.
